The Viking Manifesto

The Viking put together a series of posts to try to bring his method (LCHF + USRPT) to the sport of swimming.  He has gathered links to this series, THE VIKING MANIFESTO, along with supplemental posts and the "training log" posts that go along with it.  Basically, this has been an experiment to see how well a 40 year-old man on a comeback to swimming after 20 years out of the water will fare when he does the exact opposite of everything he did in his first swimming career regarding training and nutrition.

I hope you enjoy this and share it with others who may benefit, be they swimmers, coaches, or anyone who just wants to take charge of their own health.
